Technical Program Manager, Data Center Platform

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and execute Platform SW plans of record, including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks across multiple large projects
• ▹Monitor and drive the program from initiation through delivery
• ▹Monitor budget/spending, on-time delivery, and achievement of program milestones
• ▹Understand requirement priorities and drive scoping, planning, and dependency management across multiple projects
• ▹Establish rigorous execution discipline and communication processes, including risk management
• ▹Develop program indicators to manage program health, including quality and timelines
• ▹Manage stakeholder expectations and channel requirements to development teams

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• ▹5+ years of Program Management or related experience
• ▹Strong technical understanding of application software and deliverables
• ▹Strong working knowledge of software development principles
• ▹Experience with multiple technology development and end-to-end product integration

Nice to have

• ▹7+ years of combined technical product development and program management experience
• ▹5+ years of program management experience in the SoC/embedded industry
• ▹Strong technical understanding of hardware/software development principles in the SoC/embedded space
