Software Product Manager, Staff - ADAS - Flex

Responsibilities

• ▹Direct a comprehensive product strategy from conception through end of life
• ▹Formulate and execute long-term roadmaps for cost/profit control
• ▹Define and own the roadmap for global ADAS/Flex customer programs
• ▹Analyze business opportunities, drive execution, and support go-to-market plans and global customer engagements
• ▹Drive engineering discussions with deep technical understanding of BSP, drivers, OS, RTOS, AUTOSAR, ADAS/AD middleware
• ▹Define use cases, support software architecture, and write requirements for SDKs and middleware
• ▹Work with customers and internal engineering teams on RFIs, RFQs, and system-level use case modeling
• ▹Develop product goals (features, performance, cost, timeline) and perform feasibility analysis
• ▹Translate customer requirements and market dynamics into future feature requests

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field
• ▹5+ years of Product Management or related work experience

Nice to have

• ▹10+ years of Product Management experience
• ▹8+ years of automotive SW development/management experience (requirements/systems)
• ▹5+ years of experience leading successful delivery of ADAS/AD software products
• ▹5+ years of experience leading SW/systems architecture for ADAS/Infotainment systems
• ▹3+ years of experience in customer-facing engineering/support or product roles
• ▹Experience handling budgets and negotiating third-party business contracts
• ▹Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
