Responsibilities

• ▹Assess, design and implement clients' cybersecurity governance and technical capabilities
• ▹Understand clients' unique business needs and challenges to align security objectives
• ▹Harmonize internal and external risk and compliance requirements into tailored frameworks and operating models
• ▹Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance and industry best practices, including gap analysis and risk mitigation recommendations
• ▹Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted cybersecurity advisor
• ▹Stay up to date on cybersecurity trends, technologies and emerging threats

Requirements

• ▹Critical thinking, problem-solving and strong attention to detail
• ▹Degree in IT, information security or a related field
• ▹At least 2-4 years of experience in a cybersecurity role
• ▹Experience in IT consulting
• ▹Strong project and time management skills, able to handle multiple parallel tasks
• ▹Excellent English for communication with clients across the EMEA region

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with information security frameworks and standards (e.g. OWASP, NIST, CIS, SOC2)
• ▹Vendor-specific or vendor-neutral IT security certification (e.g. CISSP, OSCP, Microsoft, CCNA, CCNP, CCSP)
• ▹Experience securing cloud environments, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure security solutions
• ▹CISA, CISM, CISSP or similar IT security qualification
• ▹Confident active German language skills
