Responsibilities

• ▹Provision and configure Azure compute, storage, and network services for a large enterprise migration program
• ▹Implement automation using PowerShell or Terraform
• ▹Work hands-on with cloud or hybrid environments, server operations, and network management
• ▹Monitor and troubleshoot performance, availability, and cost issues
• ▹Enforce security and compliance standards
• ▹Implement governance and cost optimization
• ▹Provide oversight and mentorship to engineers
• ▹Apply strong troubleshooting skills, take ownership of tasks, document work, and collaborate with architects and other teams

Requirements

• ▹Completed studies in information technology or comparable training
• ▹Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and core Azure services including Compute, Networking, Storage, Identity
• ▹Experience with Azure architecture, ARM/Bicep, Terraform, Landing Zones, Azure Migrate, and the Well-Architected Framework
• ▹Minimum 8 years of professional IT experience, including at least 2 years with Azure IaaS/PaaS solutions
• ▹Proven experience in enterprise cloud migrations
• ▹Expertise in Azure networking, compute, and identity
• ▹Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
• ▹Strong understanding of IaC, DevOps, and security frameworks
• ▹Scripting expertise in PowerShell and Azure CLI
• ▹Good English proficiency (business level), written and spoken

Nice to have

• ▹Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification
• ▹Azure Infrastructure Solutions (AZ-305) certification
• ▹Experience hosting SAP on Azure
• ▹FinOps expertise
• ▹German language skills
