Analytics Application Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Ensure the application operation of various analytics applications (e.g. Celonis, C-More, Power BI, Qlik, Deltamaster, ULP)
• ▹Apply strong SQL competence (MS SQL, Postgres)
• ▹Apply general BI tools knowledge
• ▹Understand logistics and manufacturing processes
• ▹Apply a strong understanding of Windows server environments
• ▹Develop and take responsibility for the analytics application management service
• ▹Coordinate and manage external IT service providers to ensure ongoing operations
• ▹Support the implementation and testing of software components and developments
• ▹Collaborate on project management and IT coordination for analytics applications
• ▹Actively participate in AMS innovation projects, from planning through coordination to implementation
• ▹Take on (partial) project management and budget tracking

Requirements

• ▹Completed (university) studies in (business) IT, economics, or comparable training
• ▹At least 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting and managing analytics applications
• ▹In-depth knowledge of service management and setting up services
• ▹Several years of experience operating and supporting users of analytics applications
• ▹Experience in business process modeling as well as (IT) project management and ITIL
• ▹Independent work, intercultural competence, and willingness to travel
• ▹Good English and Hungarian proficiency (business level), written and spoken

Nice to have

• ▹Experience executing IT projects and managing external service providers
• ▹German language skills
