Digital Manufacturing Solutions Engineer (f/m/div)

IT Consultant • On-site • Full-time Hungary Cegléd, Hungary

Design, build, deploy and run the systems, networks and applications that power the digital factory, keeping them highly available, secure and customer-focused. The role is hands-on with Equipment Automation and Equipment Integration solutions, supporting daily operations while helping move toward a more standardized, automated target landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate and validate first/next-of-a-kind equipment on the shopfloor, testing and supporting final acceptance (buy-off) in production
  • Plan and run testing, train users and deploy Equipment Automation solutions in a structured, repeatable way
  • Keep Equipment Automation services running smoothly: own day-to-day operational support and prevent recurring issues through proactive problem management
  • Drive change and release activities for Equipment Automation services and contribute to SDLC / development work when needed
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support and troubleshooting
  • Manage client systems in the shopfloor environment to ensure an up-to-date IT environment
  • Join automation and harmonization projects to shape a cleaner, more standardized system landscape and implement target solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in related fields (strong fresh graduates with good academic results are also welcome)

Nice to have

  • Experience in semiconductor or electronic manufacturing
  • Windows-based application maintenance or development experience (e.g. .NET, C#)
  • Database knowledge, especially Oracle and PL/SQL
