Partner Onboarding Coordinator role at Wolt (Budapest-based) helping new restaurant and retail partners get started on the platform, combining partner communication (mostly in German), coordination, and administrative work with the German Merchant teams.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Onboard new restaurant and retail partners to the Wolt platform
  • ▹Communicate with partners via email and phone (mostly in German, all remote, no in-person meetings)
  • ▹Guide partners through setup requirements and processes
  • ▹Upload and update menus in Wolt's internal systems
  • ▹Check that all information is accurate, complete, and up to date
  • ▹Follow up on missing or unclear details with partners
  • ▹Work with internal teams to resolve issues and keep onboarding on track

Requirements

  • ▹Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
  • ▹Comfortable with phone communication and partner-facing tasks
  • ▹Detail-oriented and confident working with systems and data
  • ▹Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • ▹Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • ▹Experience in administration, operations, or customer support
  • ▹Experience in hospitality, food, or retail
