Staff Solutions Architect, Contract LifeCycle Management

Responsibilities

• ▹Collaborate with product managers, engineers and program managers to architect and manage Salesforce and adjacent technology solutions for the Contract Lifecycle team
• ▹Maintain a holistic view of CRM-based processes and user personas, ensuring compatibility with upstream/downstream systems
• ▹Communicate regularly with stakeholders of varying priorities and technical acumen
• ▹Lead projects end to end to improve how teams track and manage the CPQ/CLM product
• ▹Architect automation and system behavior using Lightning Components, Apex and Flow, ensuring scalability and end-user experience
• ▹Translate business requirements into technical solutions for a diverse group of stakeholders
• ▹Provide ongoing roadmap design and ownership with the product owner/manager; advocate for technology best practices

Requirements

• ▹10 years of Salesforce Application Architect experience with Order-to-Cash implementations
• ▹5+ years of CLM tool expertise: large-scale automation within a CLM and e-signature tool (preferably Conga + DocuSign) inside the Salesforce ecosystem
• ▹Advanced knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation, Conga X-Author, document templates and DocuSign APIs
• ▹Strong communication & documentation skills for recommendations and process mappings
• ▹Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• ▹Highly analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• ▹Ability to think strategically and translate ambiguous concepts into actionable plans

Nice to have

• ▹Salesforce certifications: B2B Solution Architect, Platform App Builder or Developer I
• ▹Experience designing and building within Salesforce for a massive user base (2,000+ users)
• ▹Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and integration middleware (Mulesoft, Workato, Tray.io)
