Responsibilities

• ▹Define the technical roadmap for the SAP landscape; lead upgrade strategies, system refreshes, and cloud migrations
• ▹Provide architectural oversight, enforcing SAP best practices and the use of RAP and CAP models
• ▹Mentor a team of ABAP/Fiori developers, perform code reviews, and manage resource allocation
• ▹Oversee integration of SAP with third-party systems using SAP BTP Integration Suite, APIs, and middleware (PO/CPI)
• ▹Act as the bridge between functional consultants, business process owners, and the technical team
• ▹Establish and maintain development standards, naming conventions, and documentation requirements

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of hands-on experience in ABAP (OO focus) and HANA database optimization
• ▹Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori/UI5, and OData services
• ▹Strong knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including Extension and Integration Suites
• ▹Experience with SAP Transport Management, gCTS, and modern CI/CD pipelines in an SAP environment
• ▹Deep understanding of IDocs, RFCs, web services, and REST APIs
• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• ▹Experience leading at least one full-cycle S/4HANA conversion or implementation project

• ▹SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP BTP or S/4HANA)
