SAP Quality Assurance Automation Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Test and document all SAP changes and enhancements in collaboration with business scrum teams and IT teams
• ▹Maintain and keep the regression suite up to date
• ▹Work with the test automation team to maintain and expand automation scripts
• ▹Design test scope and test scripts based on requirements and design documents
• ▹Perform functional testing of the SAP PP module (material master, BOM, work centers, routing, scheduling, MRP views)
• ▹Support and test integrated modules (FICO, MM, SD, ME, MII)
• ▹Create test script documents based on requirements
• ▹Track defects and report using dashboards and test management tools

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 5 years of SAP implementation experience in large, complex transformations
• ▹Experience with validated SAP systems featuring SSO and GRC
• ▹Good understanding of the PMF Framework, with experience in waterfall and agile projects
• ▹Bachelor's degree; MBA or MTech preferred
• ▹Experience with complex end-to-end business processes in SAP PP and integrated modules (FI, SD, MM)
• ▹Knowledge of SAP PP and ME MII in both legacy ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA systems, including third-party integrations (IDoc management, error handling)
• ▹Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with test management tools (MicroFocus ALM, Jira) and Microsoft Office tools

Nice to have

• ▹SAP certification (functional and/or technical)
• ▹Experience with Ariba Buying and Invoicing, Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration
• ▹Strong reporting skills using dashboards and test management tools
