Responsibilities

• ▹Operating the IT systems and services of a major client in both manufacturing plant and office environments
• ▹Tracking assigned tickets and events through to resolution, escalating when needed to a higher technical, vendor, or management level
• ▹Full administration of completed work (ticketing system, work sheets, system documentation)
• ▹Complying with IT security regulations and carrying out related tasks
• ▹Actively building the knowledge base and preparing system documentation
• ▹Preparing version upgrades and system migrations, and actively participating in their implementation
• ▹Actively participating in projects related to manufacturing-support environments

Requirements

• ▹Intermediate spoken and written English
• ▹Solid knowledge of Windows client operating systems and general infrastructure
• ▹Assertive communication skills with clients
• ▹Prior experience with Active Directory and a ticketing system
• ▹Openness to unfamiliar territory and a varied work environment

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in a similar position
• ▹Knowledge of ITIL, O365, Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, PowerShell, and scripting languages
• ▹Category B driving license
• ▹Communicative German language skills
