Responsibilities

• ▹Operate clients' business applications
• ▹Manage incidents, requests and changes related to applications, monitoring
• ▹Manage major upgrades, roll out and test new systems and developments
• ▹Publish and test new releases

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 1-3 years of application operations experience
• ▹SQL query-level knowledge, background in MS SQL
• ▹Active, intermediate English
• ▹Knowledge of ITIL methodology
• ▹Basic Windows Server infrastructure and networking knowledge

Nice to have

• ▹Deeper Windows Server infrastructure and networking knowledge
