IT Test Engineer – SIT Test Coordinator

Responsibilities

• ▹Full coordination of integration testing projects
• ▹Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
• ▹Gathering and analyzing test requirements, preparing test plans and high-level test documentation
• ▹Managing defects identified during SIT
• ▹Organizing and coordinating test meetings (kick-off, status, war-room, closing)
• ▹Tracking the testing process, validating results, resolving issues, and preparing quick mitigation proposals when needed
• ▹Coordinating the preparation of test data in line with GDPR requirements
• ▹Managing the integration testing phase of multiple parallel projects

Requirements

• ▹Higher education degree
• ▹At least 3-5 years of experience in software testing or test coordination
• ▹Experience in integration testing
• ▹Ability to coordinate multiple parallel projects and different stakeholders
• ▹Good communication and organizational skills
• ▹Working knowledge of English
• ▹Precise, results-oriented, proactive mindset
• ▹Technical affinity and confidence navigating complex IT environments

Nice to have

• ▹Hands-on test management experience
• ▹ISTQB certification
• ▹Experience in other IT testing areas (functional, business, performance)
• ▹Knowledge of scripting or test automation
• ▹Experience working in a large corporate environment
