Senior Power Platform & RPA Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Designing process automation, RPA, and Power Apps solutions
• ▹Developing, configuring, testing and documenting automated processes across the full project lifecycle
• ▹Controlling automated processes, analyzing and resolving issues that arise
• ▹Collaborating with business areas, process owners and other developers, ensuring mutual quality assurance and knowledge sharing
• ▹Exploring new automation technologies, prototyping, and participating in their rollout at the bank

Requirements

• ▹Higher education degree in economics or IT
• ▹At least 3 years of experience in process design, systems analysis, or business analysis
• ▹Hands-on experience with Power Platform and RPA solutions
• ▹Initiative and openness to continuous learning and proposing process digitalization ideas
• ▹Experience coordinating complex process development
• ▹Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience at a financial institution or another service-oriented sector
• ▹Experience with agile / DevOps ways of working
• ▹Experience with automation technologies (artificial intelligence, robotics)
• ▹Practical, conversational English
