Senior Agentic Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Actively participating in planning and implementing developments, especially initiatives aimed at modernizing existing systems
• ▹Technically coordinating complex developments and ensuring proper technical quality, documentation and maintainability
• ▹Designing and carrying out developer tests to ensure stable and reliable delivered solutions
• ▹Participating in identifying and fixing bugs, and helping keep the development environment stable and efficient
• ▹Shaping the team's working methods and processes, helping agent harnessing tools be adopted consciously and in a controlled way
• ▹Contributing to building quality assurance and review practices for AI-assisted development

Requirements

• ▹Strong programming skills and experience overseeing application architecture from a coding perspective
• ▹Experience following the lifecycle of applications, ensuring correct implementation and setting technology roadmaps
• ▹Knowledge of development planning and application architecture, particularly in shaping frameworks, tools and development guidelines
• ▹Strong systems-level understanding on both technical and business levels, and the ability to maintain focus across multiple projects
• ▹Experience building, maintaining and overseeing documentation and specification frameworks
• ▹Experience giving presentations, training and knowledge transfer sessions on development and methodology topics
• ▹Experience establishing, following and renewing industry standards (patterns, coding conventions, security and testing principles)
• ▹Strong troubleshooting, support and debugging skills, and experience supporting colleagues' professional and methodological growth

Nice to have

• ▹Experience modernizing or refactoring legacy systems
• ▹Experience consciously and in a controlled way applying agent harnessing tools or AI-assisted development workflows
• ▹Experience in complex enterprise development environments, maintaining technical focus across multiple projects
• ▹Higher education degree in IT, engineering or a related technical field
