AI Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Designs end-to-end business and technology solutions related to the Agentic Platform, ensuring alignment with the bank's architecture and technology guidelines
• ▹Takes responsibility for the consistency of the solution architecture from design through approval
• ▹Collaborates closely with the Enterprise Architect, Infra Architect, Cloud and Security areas on key architectural decisions and dependencies
• ▹Prepares high-level architecture, Architecture Vision documentation and decision-support materials
• ▹Prepares and maintains the necessary data flow, component and sequence diagrams
• ▹Translates business and technology requirements into architectural building blocks, defining the solution's structure and main components
• ▹Designs the agentic operating patterns and workflows, ensuring their safe and scalable fit within the bank's environment
• ▹Supports the assessment of technical feasibility, risks and architectural maturity of initiatives
• ▹Compiles reusable architectural patterns and lessons learned, and supports delivery teams

Requirements

• ▹Experience designing the architecture of agentic, AI platform or complex enterprise solutions
• ▹Experience preparing Architecture Vision, High Level Design and executive decision-support materials
• ▹Experience designing cloud, hybrid or on-premise enterprise architectures and complex integration patterns
• ▹Experience with security-by-design, data protection, compliance and regulated-environment system design
• ▹Experience collaborating cross-functionally with enterprise architect, infra, cloud, security or delivery teams
• ▹Strong systems-level thinking, understanding how business processes, data and technology components connect
• ▹Knowledge of enterprise adoption and architectural fit of AI/LLM, RAG or agentic solutions
• ▹Experience using architectural modeling and documentation tools (component, data flow and sequence diagrams)
• ▹Knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate or other enterprise architecture methodologies and notations
• ▹Experience evaluating technology components, platforms or vendor solutions
• ▹Architecture design experience in financial, banking or other heavily regulated environments

• ▹Knowledge of project management methodologies
• ▹Knowledge of service management, operability or production governance
• ▹Higher education degree in IT, engineering or a related technical field
• ▹Professional qualification related to architecture, cloud or security
