Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop complex AI solutions for customers (chatbots, service bots, LLM-based applications)
• ▹Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using Python/LangChain or Java/Spring AI
• ▹Integrate open-source LLMs into customer systems in cloud and on-premise environments using Kubernetes
• ▹Design, develop, and prepare AI applications for production operation
• ▹Collaborate with international development teams and colleagues in Germany
• ▹Work remotely using modern collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams), with occasional travel

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience developing AI applications and enterprise software
• ▹Advanced Python knowledge or Java / Spring AI development experience
• ▹Hands-on experience with production LLM and RAG solutions (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, or Spring AI)
• ▹Solid knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, data ingestion pipelines, and model integration
• ▹Experience with relational and vector databases, especially PostgreSQL and pgvector
• ▹Experience with agent-based systems, tool calling, MCP, and multi-agent architectures
• ▹Knowledge of security, data protection, compliance, monitoring, and production operations
• ▹Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• ▹English proficiency at C1 level

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Azure, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API, or other cloud AI platforms
• ▹Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, and CI/CD
• ▹DevOps and LLMOps experience, including observability, tracing, and LLM application evaluation
• ▹Familiarity with monitoring tools (LangSmith, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or Grafana)
• ▹Higher education degree in IT or software development
• ▹Experience with the n8n workflow and automation platform
• ▹Knowledge of Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Elasticsearch, or OpenSearch
• ▹Web development experience with Java/Spring Boot, TypeScript, Angular, React, or Vue
