Senior Product Owner – Data & AI

Responsibilities

• ▹Gather, analyze and challenge business needs
• ▹Translate user expectations into User Stories
• ▹Build, structure and prioritize a value-driven backlog
• ▹Define the product vision and steer its roadmap
• ▹Act as the interface between business, UX/UI, data, BI and IT teams
• ▹Participate in agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
• ▹Track success metrics and measure solution adoption
• ▹Understand data models and data quality challenges
• ▹Contribute to defining business metrics
• ▹Contribute to designing decision-support dashboards
• ▹Analyze data to identify improvement levers and produce recommendations
• ▹Support business teams in using data for decision-making
• ▹Use AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, Claude or equivalent) daily to improve efficiency and quality
• ▹Run workshops, support users adopting new Data & AI solutions, and train teams

Requirements

• ▹Engineering, university or business school degree (Bac+5 level)
• ▹At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Data Project Manager
• ▹Significant experience on Data, BI, Analytics and AI projects
• ▹Experience in agile environments
• ▹Solid Product Owner practices
• ▹Excellent ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
• ▹Skilled at writing User Stories and managing a backlog
• ▹Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• ▹Understanding of data preparation and transformation principles
• ▹Knowledge of analytics models and steering indicators
• ▹Proficiency with at least one data visualization tool (ideally Power BI)
• ▹Regular use of generative AI tools in a professional context
• ▹Knowledge of prompt engineering principles
• ▹Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• ▹Knowledge of collaboration and tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub)

• ▹PSPO I or PSPO II certification
• ▹PSM I certification
• ▹AI-900 or Copilot for Microsoft 365 certification
• ▹Power BI certification (PL-300)
