Web Application Developer - Defense

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and develop interfaces that make sophisticated, data-intensive workflows powerful and approachable, including for non-technical users
• ▹Talk to users to understand needs and identify product gaps
• ▹Own APIs and schemas powering frontend code, working closely with backend engineers
• ▹Build high-scale, collaborative, geospatial workflows (Gaia)
• ▹Develop real-time collaborative tooling and data-analysis solutions (Secure Collaboration)

Requirements

• ▹2+ years of frontend software engineering experience
• ▹Strong JavaScript proficiency and understanding of web technologies
• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent understanding of algorithms and systems design
• ▹Strong written and verbal communication skills
• ▹Eligibility and willingness to obtain a US Security clearance

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in fast-paced CI/CD development environments
• ▹Experience with TypeScript and React, and the Blueprint component library
• ▹Familiarity with Gradle, Webpack, GitHub, CircleCI
