Senior Product Manager, AI Platform

Responsibilities

• ▹Build and own shared AI infrastructure: retrieval/grounding on camp data, evaluation and observability, reusable services and patterns
• ▹Extend the live RAG system
• ▹Work across product teams to turn the foundation into adopted capabilities
• ▹Own how quality and trust are measured across the platform, with human review at the highest-stakes points
• ▹Lead the lifecycle of LLM/ML workstreams with AI and data engineering partners; make build-vs-buy and train-vs-fine-tune-vs-RAG calls
• ▹Prototype hands-on to de-risk direction
• ▹Grow internal automation and document learnings

Requirements

• ▹Systems thinking, pattern recognition, and a bias toward simplification
• ▹Proven AI product depth: reasoning about train vs. fine-tune vs. ground-with-retrieval, practical RAG and evaluation experience
• ▹Platform/infrastructure mindset: building foundations other teams build on, treating them as customers
• ▹Cross-functional influence: driving adoption across teams you don't own
• ▹Track record shipping through the full loop from idea to production and iteration
• ▹An eval instinct: defining "good" and how to measure it before building
• ▹Coachability, sharpening under pushback
