Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• ▹Architect complete enterprise-level systems, including backend, frontend, databases, integrations, and cloud infrastructure
• ▹Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ engineers across backend, frontend, QA, and DevOps
• ▹Work proactively on pre-sales: requirement analysis, solution design, estimations, client technical presentations
• ▹Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with business objectives
• ▹Design and develop backend services using Django, DRF, and FastAPI
• ▹Lead and guide frontend architecture using React and related frameworks
• ▹Conduct high-level and low-level architecture planning, diagrams, and documentation
• ▹Review code, enforce best engineering practices, maintain clean, secure, scalable solutions
• ▹Collaborate with product, design, QA, and DevOps to ensure smooth, reliable delivery
• ▹Identify risks, bottlenecks, and architectural gaps, offering mitigation strategies
• ▹Drive DevOps practices such as CI/CD, versioning, automated testing, and monitoring
• ▹Ensure systems are designed with performance, security, and scalability in mind

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• ▹10+ years of professional software development experience
• ▹3-4+ years in technical leadership, architecture, or management of engineering teams
• ▹Strong hands-on expertise in Python with Django, DRF, and FastAPI; AI, ML, Agentic AI is a plus
• ▹Solid proficiency in frontend development using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• ▹Strong understanding of system design, architecture patterns, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven design
• ▹Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• ▹Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• ▹Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments
• ▹Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• ▹Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• ▹Experience with message brokers and async frameworks (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Celery)
• ▹Knowledge of AI/ML model integration, pipelines, or data engineering
• ▹Understanding of blockchain fundamentals or smart contract integrations
• ▹Experience in compliance-heavy environments (GDPR, NHS DSPT, DPIA)
• ▹Experience with system security, data governance, and compliance-driven architectures
