AI Consultant / Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead discovery workshops, technical assessments and solution design sessions with customers
• ▹Advise customers on AI strategy, implementation roadmaps and best practices
• ▹Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
• ▹Design end-to-end AI solution architectures on Aion's platform
• ▹Define technical blueprints covering infrastructure, data flows, APIs, security and deployment
• ▹Collaborate closely with engineering to implement customer solutions
• ▹Lead technical delivery from proof of concept through production deployment
• ▹Support solution validation, testing and performance optimization
• ▹Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, Customer Success and Sales
• ▹Support technical demos, workshops, RFP responses and executive presentations
• ▹Develop reusable architecture patterns and reference implementations
• ▹Represent Aion at industry events and contribute to playbooks and documentation

Requirements

• ▹5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, Enterprise Architecture or Software Engineering
• ▹Experience delivering enterprise software, cloud or AI solutions to customers
• ▹Strong understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI agents and enterprise AI architectures
• ▹Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure or GCP
• ▹Understanding of APIs, microservices, distributed systems and enterprise integration patterns
• ▹Experience designing secure, scalable, highly available enterprise solutions
• ▹Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker and cloud-native technologies
• ▹Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• ▹Experience working with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, sales and customer success
• ▹Strong presentation, documentation and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience implementing enterprise AI platforms, intelligent automation, AI copilots, multi-agent systems or workflow orchestration
• ▹Industry consulting experience across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail or public sector
• ▹Hands-on cloud/infrastructure experience (IaC, DevOps, MLOps, platform engineering)
• ▹Pre-sales and customer success experience (sales cycles, demos, workshops, PoCs)
• ▹Experience integrating AI solutions with CRMs, ERPs and other business systems
