Responsibilities

• ▹Operate and troubleshoot web, app, and database servers in Linux and Kubernetes environments
• ▹Professionally record, analyze, and process incidents and service requests
• ▹Classify and prioritize incoming requests and monitoring events, and hand them off to 2nd- and 3rd-level support
• ▹Carry out changes and rollouts
• ▹Continuously improve the service desk by identifying recurring incidents (problem management) and optimizing documentation, tools, and processes

Requirements

• ▹Practical experience operating and administering Linux systems
• ▹Basic knowledge of container technologies
• ▹German and English proficiency at a minimum of C1 level
• ▹Willingness to develop professionally and learn new things
• ▹Team spirit and a hands-on mentality
• ▹High quality standards for your own work
• ▹Strong problem-solving skills
• ▹Good communication skills and a friendly approach with customers
