Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy
• ▹Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities
• ▹Deliver product and technical presentations and demos to prospective and existing customers
• ▹Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer interactions and the competitive landscape
• ▹Help shape product direction based on customer needs
• ▹Contribute to documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
• ▹Openness to varied and complex assignments requiring strong judgment and collaboration
• ▹First-class written and oral communication skills for remote-first teams and worldwide customers
• ▹Ability to articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of the products
• ▹A technical mindset and desire to grow technically
• ▹Must be located in France

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with open source technologies or in the metrics/monitoring space
• ▹Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC
