Engineering Manager, Admin & Governance

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead, manage, and grow a high-functioning engineering team
• ▹Partner with engineering leaders to drive technical decisions and initiatives
• ▹Mentor and grow engineers, multiplying senior engineers' impact and coaching early-career engineers
• ▹Partner with product and design on short- and long-term team strategy
• ▹Implement processes to scale the team while retaining agility

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of engineering experience (previously in a staff or TL-level IC position) and 2+ years as a manager, or a similar combination
• ▹Strong customer focus, experience partnering closely with Product Managers
• ▹Experience navigating large systems
• ▹Experience leading high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
• ▹Experience growing and mentoring engineers
• ▹Experience managing, organizing, and prioritizing multiple projects and workstreams
