Responsibilities

• ▹Contribute to the technical architecture as the company grows
• ▹Balance agility with scalability and availability through continuous, incremental deployment
• ▹Contribute to all phases of software development (ideation, prototyping, design, implementation) with a mix of hands-on development and lead/architecture work
• ▹Build using the best tools in the industry, including AI-powered developer tools
• ▹Play an active role in hiring, mentoring, and career development of other engineers
• ▹Raise the bar for technical standards, performance, reliability, and operational excellence

Requirements

• ▹Experience building an exciting SaaS product in previous roles
• ▹Significant, demonstrated impact on the product and/or teams
• ▹Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language (e.g. Ruby, Python, Perl - doesn't need to be a language used at Intercom)
• ▹Ability to learn quickly and work effectively
