Analytics Engineer – Finance Team

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and implement data transformation workflows using dbt to create reusable, analysis/chatbot-ready data assets
• ▹Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data and analytics needs and translate them into technical specifications and scalable data models
• ▹Work with data engineers on efficient, scalable and reliable data models and pipelines
• ▹Implement data quality checks and monitoring for accuracy, consistency and completeness
• ▹Promote software engineering best practices in analytics: version control, code reviews, automated testing
• ▹Document data transformations

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience in Analytics Engineering or a similar role
• ▹Strong SQL skills with clear, maintainable and efficient queries
• ▹Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake)
• ▹Hands-on experience with dbt for building SQL-based analytics workflows
• ▹Knowledge of ETL tools (Airflow, Fivetran, etc.)
• ▹Solid understanding of data modeling and transformation techniques
• ▹Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
• ▹Experience with Git, Scrum and Agile development practices
