Engineering Manager (Senior) – Nord Apps, Windows

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and manage the Windows platform engineering team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software
• ▹Define and implement the strategic vision for the Windows platform, aligned with business objectives
• ▹Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, teamwork and continuous improvement
• ▹Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions
• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and QA
• ▹Oversee the technical development process, including architecture design, coding standards and code reviews
• ▹Mentor and develop engineering staff on best practices, technical skills and career growth

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience in software engineering management (Windows platform experience is an advantage)
• ▹Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams
• ▹Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• ▹Business-oriented mindset balancing technical considerations with strategic objectives
• ▹Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• ▹Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Nice to have

• ▹Master's degree preferred
