Responsibilities

• ▹Map customers' AI strategy and business-critical challenges
• ▹Rapidly build AI-driven prototypes in hackathons
• ▹Take part in end-to-end execution of Proof-of-Value projects
• ▹Present business impact to executive stakeholders
• ▹Build and code solutions on the Celonis platform (SQL, PQL, Python)
• ▹Create reusable best practices and collateral for the global Value Engineering team

Requirements

• ▹Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or another STEM field
• ▹Excellent academic performance
• ▹Extensive internship experience or 1-2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology
• ▹Understanding of generative AI techniques (RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration)
• ▹Knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (LangChain, Pandas, pydantic, scikit-learn, PyTorch) plus data engineering tools
• ▹Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• ▹Customer-centric mindset
• ▹Confidence presenting to diverse audiences
• ▹Proactive approach and continuous learning drive in a fast-paced environment
• ▹Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize deadlines

Nice to have

• ▹Degree combining technical and business skills (e.g. Data Science + Economics)
• ▹Customer-facing, customer success or sales experience
• ▹Hands-on experience with technical Proof of Concept projects
• ▹Building agentic systems using LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling and prompt engineering
• ▹Working knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex or other LLM ecosystem tools
• ▹Supply chain process experience (procurement, order management, inventory, production)
• ▹Experience modeling ROI and TCO for business case justification
• ▹Experience with SAP and/or Oracle ERPs
