Responsibilities

▹Develop RESTful and SOAP web services, following best practices and OWASP Top 10 guidelines
▹Analyze, refactor and optimize existing code
▹Object-oriented development on Java SE (1.8+) and JEE, applying design patterns (e.g. Singleton, Factory)
▹Version control and build automation using Git, SVN and Maven

Requirements

▹Degree in computer engineering or equivalent
▹At least 3 years of experience in a similar role at IT companies or international consulting/system integration firms
▹Strong object-oriented programming experience, Java SE (1.8+), JEE, knowledge of core design patterns
▹Knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Core (preferably with annotations), Hibernate, JPA, Spring Data and CXF
▹Good command of SQL and relational databases, preferably Oracle
▹Experience developing RESTful and SOAP web services, applying OWASP Top 10 best practices
▹Use of Git (primary), SVN and Maven for version control and build automation
