Responsibilities

• ▹Overall responsibility for the functional architecture of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, creating sustainable business value for clients
• ▹Advising clients on optimal use of their Dynamics investment and long-term evolution of their platform landscape
• ▹Building and maintaining trusted, long-term client relationships at decision-maker and stakeholder level
• ▹Conducting and leading architecture, strategy, and requirements workshops to capture complex functional and technical requirements
• ▹Analyzing, evaluating, and optimizing business processes, deriving scalable, future-proof solution architectures
• ▹Architecture design and planning of end-to-end solutions based on Dynamics 365 CE modules, Copilot, and Power Platform, including connected third-party systems
• ▹Evaluating and selecting suitable Microsoft cloud technologies considering security, compliance, performance, and scalability
• ▹Technical leadership on projects as well as coaching and mentoring consultants
• ▹Ensuring adherence to architecture principles, best practices, and standards
• ▹Close collaboration with project and delivery teams to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation
• ▹Supporting pre-sales activities including presentations, concept development, effort estimation, and decision documents
• ▹Advising clients on roadmaps, release strategies, and platform governance

Requirements

• ▹At least 10 years of experience in consulting and functional implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• ▹Very good skills in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, understanding business and strategic needs, and developing high-quality, tailored solutions
• ▹Very good knowledge of at least one Dynamics 365 CE module (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing) and the Power Platform, especially Dataverse, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
• ▹Very good analytical skills to develop solutions for complex problems
• ▹Solid experience integrating external systems
• ▹Understanding of data modeling, security concepts, and enterprise architectures
• ▹Very good written and spoken German and English
• ▹Moderate willingness to travel

Nice to have

• ▹Confident handling of ALM processes and deployment pipelines
• ▹Certifications such as PL-600 or comparable are an advantage
• ▹Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Azure AI
