Responsibilities

• ▹Overall responsibility for the project's technical strategy, including data migrations, integrations, and central custom developments
• ▹Conducting and leading architecture and technical requirements workshops
• ▹Evaluating and selecting suitable Microsoft cloud technologies considering security, compliance, performance, and scalability
• ▹Technical leadership on projects as well as coaching and mentoring developers
• ▹Ensuring adherence to architecture principles, best practices, and standards
• ▹Close collaboration with the Solution Architect and delivery team to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation
• ▹Supporting pre-sales activities including presentations, concept development, effort estimation, and decision documents
• ▹Advising clients on roadmaps, release strategies, and platform governance
• ▹Creating and maintaining technical strategy documents
• ▹Building and establishing an efficient Application Lifecycle Management process
• ▹Defining and ensuring binding standards for transparent and precise effort estimation in software development

Requirements

• ▹At least 10 years of experience in consulting and technical implementation of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions (Dataverse, Power Automate, Copilot)
• ▹Excellent knowledge of enterprise and software architectures as well as pro-code development with C# and JavaScript
• ▹Good knowledge of data modeling, security, and performance
• ▹Very good analytical skills to develop solutions for complex problems
• ▹Experience with Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management
• ▹Experience with solution strategies, ALM, and CI/CD for Dynamics and Power Platform
• ▹Very good experience integrating external systems
• ▹Very good written and spoken German and English
• ▹Low willingness to travel

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Azure AI
• ▹Experience integrating non-Microsoft ERP systems such as SAP
