Security Engineer - Incident Response

Responsibilities

• ▹Investigate security events through SIEM and SOAR technology
• ▹Design alerts to monitor customer and corporate environments for anomalies
• ▹Share SOAR case insights to drive further security feature implementation
• ▹Respond to ongoing incidents and investigate historical compromises
• ▹Establish threat detection, alerting, and response strategies
• ▹Conduct reactive threat hunting via endpoint, network, application, and log analysis
• ▹Build playbooks for operational response to security events
• ▹Mentor junior team members

Requirements

• ▹5+ years experience in the security industry
• ▹Experience with SIEM and SOAR technologies
• ▹Knowledge of cloud & container security and infrastructure as code
• ▹Understanding of malware analysis, reverse engineering, and memory forensics
• ▹Knowledge of network/web protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP/HTTPS)
• ▹Familiarity with red & purple team exercises and cyber deception
• ▹Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP) and web application security

Nice to have

• ▹OSCP, OSCE, OSWP certifications
• ▹Programming/scripting in Python, Go, JavaScript, or Bash
