Requirements

• ▹3+ years managing a product engineering team of four or more
• ▹7+ years deploying apps across large, multi-contributor codebases
• ▹Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• ▹Strong technical foundations for engineering trade-offs
• ▹A manager who prioritizes psychological safety alongside technical rigor
