• ▹Nurture high-performing engineers by guiding navigation through ambiguity

• ▹Grow direct reports' careers through regular 1:1s with actionable feedback

• ▹Partner with Product, Design & Engineering to define and execute the roadmap

Requirements

• ▹3+ years managing a product engineering team of four or more
• ▹7+ years deploying apps across large, multi-contributor codebases
• ▹Ability to translate and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• ▹Strong technical foundations for navigating engineering trade-offs
• ▹A manager who prioritizes psychological safety alongside technical rigor
