Responsibilities

• ▹Develop AI systems automating dispute and chargeback handling using structured evidence and business logic
• ▹Build models that automate refunds
• ▹Build and maintain evidence extraction pipelines using LLM-powered workflows on unstructured data
• ▹Prototype new modeling ideas, run offline experiments, drive production rollout with risk controls
• ▹Collaborate across Engineering, Servicing Operations, Product, and ML Platform

Requirements

• ▹2+ years as a machine learning engineer
• ▹Strong Python skills and production-quality coding
• ▹Experience building tabular classification models (LightGBM/XGBoost/CatBoost)
• ▹Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), structured extraction, prompt engineering, LangChain/LangGraph
• ▹Familiarity with document and unstructured data processing (PDF/image extraction, text parsing)
• ▹ML lifecycle tooling experience (Kubeflow, Airflow, MLflow or similar)
• ▹Proficiency with AI-powered dev tools (Claude Code, Cursor)
• ▹Ability to build multi-component solutions with clean, well-tested code
• ▹Comfort navigating large codebases and giving code reviews
• ▹Strong verbal and written communication
