Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and grow a team of frontend and mobile engineers with a hands-on approach
• ▹Drive the architectural direction of the mobile app and web portal for scalability and maintainability
• ▹Own and improve the app release process, accelerating release cadence
• ▹Champion engineering excellence: testing, automation, localisation quality, code reliability
• ▹Foster a platform mindset: reusable patterns, clean APIs, documented tooling
• ▹Collaborate with product and engineering teams, representing AppCore in cross-domain initiatives
• ▹Identify bottlenecks and propose actionable improvements
• ▹Mentor and develop engineers

Requirements

• ▹2+ years managing engineering teams, proven ability to recruit and retain talent
• ▹Significant hands-on experience with React Native and/or React, deep JavaScript fundamentals
• ▹Track record building/maintaining medium-to-large scale products with strong code quality and performance
• ▹Practical CI/CD and release process experience
• ▹Demonstrated leadership, coaching and mentoring ability, excellent communication
• ▹Strong product sense and customer-centric approach
• ▹Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
