Responsibilities

• ▹help design and engineer systems that scale to handle high volumes of transactions
• ▹design, build and maintain APIs, services and systems across Mollie's engineering teams
• ▹lead technical initiatives from architecture design to implementation
• ▹resolve complex issues with creative, analytical problem-solving

Requirements

• ▹Always Be Shipping mindset
• ▹5+ years developing large-scale applications, preferably PHP or Java; Go, C#, or Python experience valued
• ▹experience designing systems handling queuing, caching, concurrency, fault tolerance, scalability
• ▹excellent communication skills with various stakeholders
• ▹creative problem-solving with a product-first approach
