Responsibilities

• ▹Provide architectural guidance and governance for Salesforce and surrounding GTM systems
• ▹Own and maintain the Enterprise Technology tech stack and systems landscape
• ▹Align with leadership on technical vision and execution strategy
• ▹Partner with the product team to co-create the product roadmap
• ▹Provide architectural guidance to the Salesforce Center of Excellence
• ▹Conduct vendor and tool assessments across the RevTech landscape
• ▹Oversee CI/CD processes and environment strategies
• ▹Evaluate new Salesforce features and third-party tools, lead POCs
• ▹Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments
• ▹Collaborate with FinTech, MarTech, EDI teams on reliable integrations
• ▹Provide escalation support for complex production issues and root cause analysis
