Responsibilities

• ▹Lead technical discussions and presentations with enterprise clients
• ▹Stay current on AI trends, orchestration tools, and agentic AI
• ▹Solid understanding of Kafka
• ▹Solid understanding of APIs and software development
• ▹Develop PoC projects and custom demos in CI/CD environments
• ▹Provide guidance on SRE observability strategies
• ▹Use Linux, Docker, and Git to troubleshoot complex issues
• ▹Drive adoption of automation technology in customer environments
• ▹Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering for market feedback
• ▹Mentor junior solutions engineers
• ▹Manage multiple projects concurrently
• ▹Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• ▹Solid AIOps and/or Kafka experience
• ▹5+ years in solutions engineering, technical architect, or similar customer-facing role
• ▹Demonstrated expertise in API design and management principles
• ▹Strong understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, OIDC, JWT) and cybersecurity
• ▹Proficiency with Linux and containerization (Docker)
• ▹Extensive Git experience
• ▹Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools
• ▹Experience with SRE observability tools and methodologies
• ▹Understanding of SDLC
• ▹Experience with automation technology and scripting
• ▹Exceptional technical communication and presentation skills
• ▹Ability to manage complex projects
• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
