Senior Fullstack Software Engineer - (Customer Journey)

Responsibilities

• ▹Own and improve key product journeys from sign-up through onboarding, feature discovery, and purchase
• ▹Build experiences that help developers and teams quickly realize Postman's value
• ▹Design and implement features driving adoption across individuals, teams, and AI-assisted workflows
• ▹Partner with Product, Design, and Data to identify and prioritize improvements
• ▹Use experimentation and analytics to inform decisions and validate impact
• ▹Deliver incremental improvements that compound over time

Requirements

• ▹8+ years building frontend or full-stack applications with a product/UX focus
• ▹Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, CSS; experience with React or Next.js
• ▹Track record of building experiences that drive engagement and adoption
• ▹Experience using data, analytics, or experimentation to guide decisions
• ▹Strong product sense and attention to detail
• ▹Excellent cross-functional communication

Nice to have

• ▹Full-stack JavaScript / TypeScript experience
• ▹Experience with state management tools like MobX
• ▹Experience with B2B products, developer tools, or AI-powered experiences
• ▹Fast-paced startup experience
