Responsibilities

• ▹Build AI-natively: AI is the default starting point for approaching and solving problems, not a productivity layer
• ▹Set technical direction on complex problems, lead design discussions, write ADRs
• ▹Invent new interfaces as software delivery gets reinvented by autonomous pipelines
• ▹Build features end-to-end in Go, React, and TypeScript
• ▹Treat reliability and responsiveness as design concerns
• ▹Use observability tools (Honeycomb, Datadog, Rollbar) to understand and improve systems
• ▹Notice and close gaps, fixing the conditions that created them

Requirements

• ▹Daily use of AI tools with concrete track record
• ▹5+ years of production full-stack experience treating latency and reliability as design concerns
• ▹Strong React and TypeScript, confident backend ownership in Go (API design, data modeling, integration)
• ▹System design experience leading architectural decisions on complex systems
• ▹Adaptability, turning unclear requirements into direction
• ▹Technical leadership: mentoring, direct feedback, raising the quality bar
