Responsibilities

• ▹Take responsibility for Identity & Access Management (IAM), focusing on the ongoing development and management of IAM concepts and systems
• ▹Deploy, manage, and customize Keycloak in an Amazon EKS environment using modern CI/CD tools
• ▹Support and optimize the Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure (nice-to-have)
• ▹Develop and implement infrastructure services in a Scrum team applying Infrastructure as Code principles
• ▹Analyze complex requirements and create seamless solution concepts for the global hybrid infrastructure supporting clients
• ▹Work in cross-functional teams responsible for full operational ownership of their services
• ▹Work in an international, self-organized team within an agile organization

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT, or relevant work experience
• ▹Solid knowledge and experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes, policies, and technologies
• ▹Proven expertise in deploying, managing, and customizing Keycloak in Kubernetes environments (preferably EKS), utilizing CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar
• ▹Familiarity with authorization and authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
• ▹Proficient in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or scripting skills

Nice to have

• ▹Hands-on expertise in container deployment tools, monitoring solutions (e.g., OpenSearch, Grafana), and database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• ▹Experience with hypervisor platforms, especially AWS
• ▹Experience with Windows Active Directory environments and PowerShell
• ▹Experience working in a SAFe environment
• ▹German language knowledge
