Responsibilities

• ▹Design, install, configure, and maintain databases required for IT service operations and ITSM tooling
• ▹Ensure stable day-to-day database operations, including availability, performance, and data integrity
• ▹Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and performance analysis for operations-relevant databases, in alignment with central monitoring standards
• ▹Provide hands-on support for database-related operational incidents and recovery activities
• ▹Maintain backup, restore, and recovery mechanisms for ITSM and operations databases
• ▹Apply defined operational standards, procedures, and documentation for database operations
