Responsibilities

• ▹Conduct end-to-end analyses from conception (requirements specification, data processing) all the way to the end result and presentation; results often directly impact end users by powering personalized experiences
• ▹Deeply understand the business, work closely with product managers and stakeholders, and communicate data-driven insights and recommendations
• ▹Strive to have a positive impact on user experience and key company metrics; quantify and attribute that impact to enable continuous learning
• ▹Proactively partner with stakeholders to define key metrics, and deliver reports, analyses, insights and data products that contribute to company growth
• ▹Foster self-service analytics by training and mentoring others, and maintaining core datasets and dashboards
• ▹Experiment with and adopt AI technologies in the data space
• ▹Team with data engineering to ensure comprehensive and trustworthy data

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of relevant experience in data/business analytics with large datasets (Internet, banking, telecommunications)
• ▹Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, Physics, Social Sciences, or related areas
• ▹Familiarity with comprehensive statistical analyses: funnel analysis, clustering, forecasting, recommender systems
• ▹Hands-on experience building dashboards from scratch
• ▹Comfortable understanding stakeholders' business problems and supporting them with relevant analytical deep dives
• ▹Proficient in data transformation: mainly SQL, plus Python or another scripting language
• ▹Active user and early adopter of AI technologies, with interest in prompt and context engineering
• ▹Effective written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience using AI tools in the analytics space
• ▹Experience with customer profiling, personalization and recommendations
• ▹Familiarity with Amazon Web Services
• ▹Experience writing and maintaining ETL pipelines
• ▹Experience with SaaS product analytics
