Responsibilities

• ▹Strategically advise clients on designing, scaling and optimizing highly available Atlassian platforms (Cloud and Data Center)
• ▹Own the technical responsibility for demanding enterprise data migration, consolidation and upgrade projects
• ▹Analyze and model complex business requirements, translating them into tailored technical application designs
• ▹Connect systems seamlessly, eliminating manual workflows through smart automation and custom API integrations
• ▹Act as a strategic sounding board at C-level, serving as a trusted technical point of contact for business units and management

Requirements

• ▹At least 5 years of experience in IT consulting or as a technical consultant/integrator of software solutions
• ▹Proven, deep hands-on practice administering and deploying the Atlassian toolchain in complex enterprise structures or large projects
• ▹High-level command of the interplay between operating systems, network configurations, databases and modern cloud infrastructures
• ▹Negotiation-level German (C1/C2) and fully fluent English (B2+) to handle Atlassian documentation and vendor tickets
• ▹Knowledge of the Atlassian Enterprise Suite: Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence (Cloud and Data Center)
• ▹Scripting and automation: Scriptrunner, Python, PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs
• ▹Infrastructure and operating systems: Linux and Windows server configurations, network elements
• ▹Databases and data structures: PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle, relational data models
• ▹Identity and Access Management: LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, OIDC
• ▹Analytical and conceptual thinking, strong quality awareness, consistent solution orientation

Nice to have

• ▹Atlassian certifications (ACPs)
• ▹Experience from heavily regulated industries (e.g. automotive, OEM/suppliers)
