Responsibilities

• ▹Act as lead technical advisor for SAP S/4HANA transformations across greenfield, brownfield and bluefield/selective data transition approaches
• ▹Evaluate and recommend optimal operating and deployment options (RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, hyperscaler hosting, hybrid and on-premise setups) and develop sound business cases for C-level decisions
• ▹Develop target enterprise architecture pictures for SAP landscapes using established frameworks and tools (e.g. TOGAF, SAP EA Framework, LeanIX) and derive transformation roadmaps aligned with business strategy
• ▹Design end-to-end solution architectures including integration landscapes (SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Datasphere), data migration strategies and guidelines for custom development
• ▹Define technical specifications, interface concepts and authorization models for S/4HANA implementations in heterogeneous landscapes (SAP / non-SAP / best-of-breed)
• ▹Lead architecture workshops and design boards and align business units, IT and external implementation partners
• ▹Support software selection and procurement processes, contribute architectural requirements to RfP/RfI procedures and evaluate system integrator offers
• ▹Drive thought leadership through internal publications, client presentations and contributions to the SAP practice
• ▹Support and develop junior team members and help with acquisition and proposal processes

Requirements

• ▹Strong affinity for SAP technologies and digital transformation in complex enterprise environments
• ▹3–6 years of experience in management or IT consulting, with demonstrable project successes in complex S/4HANA transformation or rollout programs
• ▹Sound expertise in SAP S/4HANA strategy, architecture and product roadmap
• ▹Strategic thinking and deep understanding of core business processes and their translation into SAP architecture decisions
• ▹Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite and/or SAP LeanIX / Signavio
• ▹Very good academic background (Master's, MBA or comparable), ideally in computer science, business informatics or engineering
• ▹Sound knowledge of consulting methods and structured problem-solving approaches
• ▹Willingness to travel (mainly in the DACH region), approx. 60–80%
• ▹Negotiation-level German and English
