Developer Engagement Representative - ANZ (Australia / New Zealand) (Part-Time Contract)

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop an understanding of Roblox moderation rules and guidelines
• ▹Identify and engage with potential partners within the developer community
• ▹Plan and execute online and offline community events, workshops, and initiatives
• ▹Manage programs from concept to completion, tracking goals and milestones
• ▹Support translation and localization efforts
• ▹Follow established team processes while identifying improvements

Requirements

• ▹Physically located in Australia or New Zealand
• ▹Great understanding of Roblox and the Roblox community
• ▹Good standing regarding Roblox moderation history
• ▹Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and one applied language
• ▹Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities online and offline
• ▹Proactive, adaptable mindset

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with gaming communities, game jams, or virtual/hybrid event planning
• ▹Early career / fresh grad preferred
