Insurance Transformation Professionals and Architects for the Engineering Team

Responsibilities

• ▹Work in your area of expertise (project management, architecture, requirements and/or testing) in major insurance transformation programs
• ▹Potentially work in other sectors of the Financial Services industry
• ▹Collaborate across Deloitte's Swedish and global practices to deliver future-proofed solutions
• ▹Act as a bridge between business and technology, contributing to product roadmaps and delivery
• ▹Ensure that technical solutions meet business needs as well as security and regulatory requirements
• ▹Lead and coach defined projects and smaller teams

Requirements

• ▹4-10 years of industry experience in one or more of the listed skill domains
• ▹Experience from insurance transformation programs in project management, architecture, requirements and/or testing
• ▹Working and living in Sweden
• ▹Proficiency in Swedish and English and strong communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience from both the industry and consulting
• ▹Experience with core insurance systems such as Guidewire, Sapiens, TIA or similar
• ▹Insurance experience with enterprise data warehouses, analytics and front-end solutions in a business transformation context
• ▹Academic background in business, engineering or information systems
