Responsibilities

• ▹Backend development within a product-focused squad (e.g. Money, Borrowing, Fincrime, Customer Operations, Platform, Personal Banking, Business Banking)
• ▹Collaborating with product managers, marketers, designers, mobile and web engineers, analysts
• ▹Testing hypotheses and delivering real customer value

Requirements

• ▹Strong backend experience on a technology product
• ▹Product mindset, data-informed decision making
• ▹Comfort working with ambiguity
• ▹Interest in distributed systems
• ▹Experience with strongly-typed languages (Go, Java, C, Scala, etc.)
